I had an amazing day yesterday, decided to do a full day outdoors activities. An hour power walk on my favorite track that goes from Monte Carlo to Cap Martin France. The view is amazing as u follow the ocean on the rocks, lots of stairs up and down, so good for ur butt and legs!! Then I did some yoga stretches outdoor with my favorite yoga teacher Anette followed by an hour massage and steam bath. As an energizer I indulged in a smoothie made of grapefruit, pineapple, lemon, banana and ginger. What a kick!!
