Today I also started two days of healthy eating. No carbs at night, gluten free and alcohol free. For breakfast I started with hot water with fresh lemon and fresh ginger, followed by sugar free musli with oatmilk raspberries and blueberries. Lunch artichoke salad and greek salad with some chicken and crudités. Dinner salmon with cooked veggies. Snack fruit and nuts and a plain yoghurt. Feeling already a lot better. In Italy I ate only pasta and bread. It’s a shame to go there and not eat.
